While the property manager is often regarded as the on-site contact, they are supported by an experienced staff of head-office professionals including a controller, communication coordinator, customer service representatives and administrators.

Supported through “Condo Manager”, our web based proprietary software; all daily administrations of the condominium are executed in real-time to appropriate personnel.

“Condo Manager” enables financials, work orders and customer service requests to be preformed in real-time allowing administrative instructions to be monitored in their effectiveness and execution.

This permits customised communications to and from board members as requested, or for daily, monthly and yearly events, including corporation documents, tenders or meeting minutes.

Resident communications in such areas as, parking and lockers, keys, remote controls and Fobs, pending and completed work orders, maintenance schedules, and board policies, can be delivered in email, written or web based formats.

As requested by the Board of Directors, each condominium corporation is offered a resident login micro site, specific to their condo, for availability of appropriate documents, communications and service requests.
